Upper Body Pull Day | Back, Biceps, Delts
This training style is about as old as your grandpa, but those guys were country building, war fighting, freedom protecting studs - so we took copious notes. The concept is simple. A mix of upper body pull day movements into one easy to track workout routine! Starting with the major muscle group commonly refereed too as "back" with exercises like pull ups, bent over rows and more. Next we focus on rear delts and finish with some biceps, using exercises like rope hammer curls. Check out the workout below for the details!
